Inclusions vary by gathering and registration option. Check the event page for lodging, meals, sessions, activities, and any exclusions before reserving. International gatherings list travel costs separately; ask us if anything is unclear.

If something comes up, reach out to us as early as you can and we will do our best to work with you. We reserve entire properties and build our planning around confirmed headcounts, so our ability to offer refunds gets more limited as the event gets closer. We will always handle it honestly and with good faith. Getting in touch early makes a real difference.

It depends on the gathering. Some welcome couples and families; others have a specific audience, such as the men-only Sons of Levi gathering. Check the event page for eligibility and available room arrangements, or contact us before booking.

Families matter to us. Our gatherings are built around extended teaching sessions, late evening conversations, and spiritually substantive content that works best for adults and mature youth. If you are thinking about bringing children, reach out before you register and we will help you figure out what makes sense for your family and the specific event.

It is. There are people in this community who have set aside resources specifically to help sponsor others who feel called to attend but are running into financial barriers.
