What does my registration include?
Everything. Your accommodations, all meals, snacks, beverages, and full access to every session and activity across the entire event are covered in your registration. You also receive a swag bag when you check in. We set it up this way so that from the moment you arrive, your only job is to be present.

What is the cancellation policy?
If something comes up, reach out to us as early as you can and we will do our best to work with you. We reserve entire properties and build our planning around confirmed headcounts, so our ability to offer refunds gets more limited as the event gets closer. We will always handle it honestly and with good faith. Getting in touch early makes a real difference.

Can my spouse attend with me?
Absolutely, and we encourage it. Private suite options are available at each gathering and work really well for couples who want their own space. For those who prefer a more affordable option, spouses are equally welcome in the standard accommodations. A lot of couples find that attending together makes the experience richer for both of them in ways they did not expect.

Can I bring my children?
Families matter to us. Our gatherings are built around extended teaching sessions, late evening conversations, and spiritually substantive content that works best for adults and mature youth. If you are thinking about bringing children, reach out before you register and we will help you figure out what makes sense for your family and the specific event.

What if I can only come for part of the gathering?
A Saturday Day Pass is available for those whose schedule does not allow for the full event. It covers daytime sessions and activities on Saturday. That said, a lot of the most meaningful moments happen in the in-between times — the meals, the late conversations, the unhurried hours between sessions. If you can make the full event work, it is worth the effort.

Will there be more gatherings beyond what is listed?
Yes. What is on this site reflects our currently confirmed events, but the calendar keeps growing. Getting on our contact list and staying connected through Zion Media is the best way to hear about new gatherings before they fill up.

Is financial assistance available?
It is. There are people in this community who have set aside resources specifically to help sponsor others who feel called to attend but are running into financial barriers. If that is your situation, reach out to us privately and we will make the connection quietly. A covenant community takes care of its own and that is not just something we say.
